- How long is the free trial period? The length of the free trial period is currently 60 days.
- Why do I have to give my credit card information even though you promise a free trial period? During the Free Trial Period no charges will be made to the card, and only if you continue using the service after the period we will charge you for the first time. The card information is requested to reduce misuse of the service, and it will also smoothen the process if you want to continue to use the service. And we also believe that you will!
- Why do I get modules I don’t want for the trial period? Besides the Doleedo platform, we also offer Doleedo Sales & Projects in the free trial package.
- How can I get rid of modules I haven’t ordered after the free trial period? You don't need to do any manual activities. After your trial period is over the modules which were not included in your package will be automatically disabled. In case you want to modify your package you can do it anytime in the My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- How do I know in Doleedo user interface during Free Trial Period which modules I have purchased and which are complimentary? In case you haven't purchased the additional module Doleedo Sales & Projects the complimentary menu entries after logging in to Doleedo during the Free Trial Period are "Projects", "Sales" and expenses related entries under the "Travels & Expenses".
- What happens if I want to stop using the service during the free trial period? In case you would like to terminate the use please send an email to support@doleedo.com and we will cancel the subscription. You will not be charged.
- Which payment methods do you support? Currently we support credit card as payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- How is the pricing of Doleedo? You can find the information of pricing of Doleedo and its additional modules on the Pricing page.
- My company has less than 20 employees. Why is the restriction 20 employees and how can I purchase less? At the moment we have a limit of 20 users in order to simplify the pricing structure and to cover fixed costs. In case you have less than 20 employees you will anyways need to purchase 20 users.
- My company has more than 500 employees so I cannot start the free trial period. What can I do? When you have more than 500 employees please send a message to marketing@doleedo.com, and we will get back to you shortly.
- Why do I need to purchase users for the whole company in Sales & Projects even though only a few people will use those functionalities This will make it more flexible when you need to have changes in your organization or allow persons in different roles to see certain sales or project information.
- Why do I need to fill the tax code in the subscription process? Tax code is required for the taxation purposes, and it will be shown on your invoice receipt.
- What if I just want the Project functionalities but I don’t need the Sales module? These two come together and you have a great chance to take advantage of sales, budget and profit monitoring features being in the same system where you handle your project costs.
- What if I just want the CRM functionalities in but I don’t need the Project module? These two come together and you have a great chance to take advantage of project features and expense management being in the same system than CRM functionalities.
- Why do I get a warning about invalid tax code even though it is set correctly? If your business is located on the European Union area, it is recommended to have the VAT number for taxation purposes this should be given in the international format. We validate it in the purchase process. Verify this with your tax administration.
- After subscription how can I start to use Doleedo service? After subscription you will receive an email with the account activation link to the email address you have given in the purchase process. In case you didn't receive an email please contact our support in support@doleedo.com and we will contact you shortly.
- Which modules are available for Doleedo? The Doleedo platform includes Human Capital and Office Administration functionalities. Besides additional Doleedo Sales & Projects includes CRM and project functionalities.
- Which internet browsers are supported? Doleedo supports latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
- I found a problem or product improvement idea when using Doleedo. How can I report it? In case you encounter a problem or a product improvement idea comes to your mind, please send an email to support@doleedo.com, and we will come back to you shortly.
- Which languages are supported in Doleedo? Currently we support English, Portuguese and Spanish. Our plan is to add more languages in the future based on the need.
- What is Doleedocs? Doleedocs is a document management system which can be purchased as standalone product or as an additional module of Doleedo. We will start to offer during year 2019.
- Is Doleedo mobile ready? What can I do with Doleedo in mobile? Doleedo is a mobile friendly service. Pages are responsive and the aspect of a mobile user has been taken into account in the design. It is possible to execute the same operations in mobile than in desktop.
- Does Doleedo have a mobile app? We are working on a progressive web application, and parts of it is already available.
- How does Doleedo improve my business? It helps you to maintain relevant employee and business information, and run your business operations in one place. It assists the cooperation between people in different roles and can help you remove silos in your organization. You can find more reasoning on the home page.
- Why can’t I make changes to my existing subscription in the Checkout page? If you are already subsribed to the service, you can modify your details and your subscription on the My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- My information or the information of my company has changed. How can I modify it? If your contact, company or payment information has changed you can modify them on My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- How can I access the My Account page? You can access the page by logging in to My Account page from the top right corner in www.doleedo.com.
- How can I change the number of users? You can modify the information on the My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- How can I add/remove modules? You can modify the information on the My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- How can I change the invoicing cycle? You can change the invoicing cycle between month and year by logging in to My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- How can I see my invoices? You can find the receipts of your charges on the My Account page. Check the question "How can I access the My Account page?" to get more information how to login to the page.
- Can I change my subscription in the middle of the invoicing period? Absolutely. You can change your subscription in the My Account page whenever your business requires it.
- How can I cancel the service? In case you would like to terminate the service please send an email to support@doleedo.com, and we will cancel the service.
- Why can I pay only in euros? Currently you can pay with Euros. The next currency we will support is the US dollar.
- How and when do you charge the subscription? After the Free Trial Period, we will charge the subscription in the beginning of each invoicing period.
- If I cancel the service will I get my money back? We don't refund for the remaining days of the invoice period.
- If I change my subscription in the middle of the invoicing period so that the cost will decrease, will I be refunded in my next charge? In the case your recurring charge decreases we will deduct it from your recurring charge . If the amount is larger than your recurring charge, we will deduct it in the charges of following invoicing periods until the balance is 0 .
